Is there a quarantine on pet birds coming into Hawaii?
I want to bring my lovebird with me when I move to Hawaii, is there a quarantine or anything? Does it need a vet check?
Try this link, there is a second link to click specifically about birds near the top. There are several parrot species that are prohibited in Hawaii but lovebirds appear to be allowed. Lories, quakers and parrotlets are prohibited, amongst others.
