Can anyone tell me whether i get a job in hawaii?
Hi!i am a dentist graduated in india.. i am at hawaii now… i am unable to work as a dentist as my degree is not recognised in hawaii …Can you tell me whether i need to pass any exams to work here? or can i work as a dental assitant under a dentist?
because your degree is not from a school in the US, you would most likely have to re-take classes. so therefore, additional schooling. bring your transcripts from india and your diplomas to a local college, university, and speak with a counselor or administrator. they will be able to tell you what classes you’d have to take in order to gain a US-approved dental degree. you could then ask them if your education qualifies you to get a dental assistant certification or diploma, so that you may work during school.
in all cases, you’d have to get additonal schooling because your degree is not from the US. happens to many people every day!
